*The Members or Compositions are subject to change upon the requirements of the Client.

*Reservation is 5,000php in CASH or PDC upon signing of the contract to block the Event Date for LOCAL EVENTS and Balance can be paid in CASH On The Day after the Event or PDC (dated a week before the event).

*Out of Town Charge must be paid a month before the event in Cash or PDC (dated a week before the event).

*50% Reservation MUST be paid in CASH or PDC upon signing of the contract to block the Event Date for INTERNATIONAL EVENTS and the other 50% MUST be paid in CASH before the event or PDC (dated a week before the event).

*Client is Entitled for ONE Production/Suppliers Meeting.

*In case that the client CANCEL our services for one reason or another, EXCEPT events such as Political Upheaval, Earthquake, Flood, Typhoon and the likes, the Reservation Fee shall be FORFEITED.
